A workshop reviewing the services of the Saudi Export-Import Bank at the Asharqia Chamber branch in Jubail
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Business Council in the Jubail branch, in cooperation with the Saudi Export-Import Bank, held today, Thursday, January 19, 2023, in its branch in Jubail, an introductory workshop on the bank’s financing and insurance services and products that it provides to exporters and importers of national non-oil products, in addition to the role of banks in providing support to Saudi companies to help them expand and enter in global markets.
The representative of the bank explained that the role of the Saudi Export-Import Bank contributes to enhancing the non-oil economic growth rate of the Kingdom through financing services and export credit insurance that the bank provides for exporting national products to all parts of the world, by providing credit solutions to exporters and their customers in foreign markets, stimulating financial institutions and strengthening Its credit capabilities, which in turn will work to provide the liquidity required to carry out export operations in its various stages, reduce the risks of non-payment associated with it, enable services and goods of Saudi origin to reach new markets and export destinations, and enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of goods and services of Saudi origin in regional and global markets.
The representative of the bank also indicated that the Saudi Export-Import Bank offers several products to its beneficiaries: direct financing, which aims to support export and import operations and build export capabilities, as well as indirect financing through financing lines provided to local and international financial institutions, and finally export credit insurance services as a customized product to cover the risks of non-payment operations associated with the export operations of national companies and factories.
